About the Brown/Cutler - Silvestri/Ferrazzi's
Over the past several years I have delved into the Brown/Cutler - Silvestri/Ferrazzi family connections.

With the passing of my mother (Agnes Maria (Marlo) Silvestri Brown) in July of 1996, my original thought was to create a tribute to her. I knew she had numerous relatives, however the discovery and the stories are never ending. It seems there's a Silvestri, Ferrazzi or Ferra relationship in every part of the United States and Italy.

On my paternal side, my grandfather, the Reverend Frank Quincy Brown's first wife, who passed away shortly after giving birth to her second child (Inez Louise Brown) and second wife, both had the first name of Alma. As a child I was always confused when the family would be gathered talking about the "original Gaga", which was my great-grandmother's nick name (her maiden name was Emma Alma Ross Cutler) - when (my Gaga - Alma Marie Cutler) was sitting in front of me.

I've found a re-connection in this process as it has been a pleasure to meet with various members of our extended family; obtain photo's, audio-tapes and videos of them; and to learn about their lives, loves, heartaches and circumstances. Thank you for sharing your stories with me.

This history is also dedicated to my late brother, Ross Silvestri Brown (d.01/17/2003) and his family.
